Refund policy
For a smooth shopping experience, we ask that you review our size guides and product descriptions. Make sure the garment measurements match yours to achieve a perfect fit, thus minimizing return and exchange costs.
You have 14 business days from receipt of the order to make an exchange or return. The first exchange in the Spanish peninsula is free, subsequent exchanges have a cost of €4.
If you want to request an exchange or return, please write to us at hola@papagateau.es with the subject "RETURN - Order No.: XXXXX". We are always looking to improve through customer feedback, so we would appreciate it if you include a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once you have selected the items to be returned and validated the shipping address, you will receive a return label in your email. With this label, you will have to take the package to a Post Office.
Once we have received the order and verified that everything is in proper condition, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that in this case we cannot refund the shipping cost associated with the order
To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
